These are minifigs on a card. By opening you'll destroy the card.
I sold this minfig as used (sadly there`s no catalog entry only for the minifig),
taking as a fact this won`t include its damaged card.
My customer strongly disagree and want his money back.

So maybe there should be a catalog entry for only the minifig?

This definitively sounds like an under-done entry and the components should be
listed separately (even if it's the minifig with the parachute). But if you
listed it as used--how can it be used without opening the card? What is there
to disagree about? I think they are not being reasonable.

And no: I didn`t mentioned "no destroyed card" in the description.

I think you should have said no packaging in the description, like you should
do for normal used sets.

I think that could be the solution.

I don't think Used is sufficient for the customer to know that the card won't
be included. Used could just mean that the card is in Used condition, but hasn't
been opened.

Then the entry is correct as is, because we don't add additional entries
for gear items that are just missing the packaging (and yes, I'd say that
card is nothing more than the packaging).

As others have mentioned, the solution here would be to indicate whether the
packaging is included or not.
Then again, as a customer, I would not expect it to be included with a used item
and would ask in advance to be sure.
